Xena is a three year old chocolate girl who was adopted through Petfinder with the statemente that she was Heartworm negative... which statement turned out not to be true. When Xena went for her checkup it was discovered that she had heartworm, and needed treatment. Her new human came to us for some assistance with the costs for that treatment.
